There is a strong trompe l'oeil element in this work:- if you stand at a distance from the wall that corresponds to the distance from a service to the net, then the virtual court appears behind the wall. One can then practice services against the wall, with the added game of numbered targets. This is an exterior piece, executed using the "Brotec" anti-graffiti system, from JW Bollom;. This is an exterior system (primer, paint, glaze) that also comes complete with a solution that enables graffiti to be cleaned off.
