This piece is constructed so as to fall into true shape from a unique viewpoint. When one reaches the top of the stairs, it seems that the house now has a further 8 metres of south wing. Marouflage, acrylics on board. 100 x 220 cms.

The assembled panels look like an scaled-up (7m x 2.7m) scrap book of ephemera related to the history of the company (in homage to Cornelius Gijsbrecht the famous 17th century Dutch trompe l’œil artist). This also helps the fire hose disappear visually. Executed in acrylics, various sizes (on average 80 x 110 cms), on 6mm MDF panels.
