"The Sun Chariot"

This early painting of mine shows both aspects of the Greek sun-god: Sol (physical light and warmth) and Phoebe-Apollo (inspiration and mental illumination). Traditionally Apollo's chariot has four horses, but I only got three into my composition, so as a nod to this, each of those three only have three legs showing!

I still intend to make a frame for this one day...
